Quantico Center is the premier 60-acre planned business park in Eastern Prince William County located at the important I-95 and Route 234 Interchange. The project will include a mixture of office, flex, hotel and retail uses.
The first of two 52,000 square foot, Class A office buildings, Quantico Center I, was completed in December 2005 and is fully leased. Construction of the second building Quantico Center II was completed in 2007 and is also fully leased. The 100,000 square foot Quantico Center III delivered in 2009 and a portion of that building remains available for lease.
Construction on a hotel was completed in 2007, and a retail center was added in 2008.
